Funding
Laboratory
​
  • State laboratories receiving funding under the FDA Bridge Extension for food testing must use those funds to arrange for at least 2 attendees to be present at this mandatory meeting.  You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
  • State laboratories receiving funding for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation for feed testing under the AFRPS Cooperative Agreement may use those funds to attend this meeting.  This meeting is optional for these laboratories, but you are most welcome to attend.  You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
  • Other invited laboratories not receiving cooperative agreement funds, should contact Krystal Reed (kreed@afdo.org) regarding any travel or funding questions.
  • All State and FDA attendees must complete the online Meeting Registration at http://www.mfrpa.org/registration.html.
  • FDA ORS attendees should complete the online registration form.  You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.  Do not make your hotel reservations through CGE.
MFRPA​
  • States with cooperative agreements that include MFRPS Funding must use these funds to send at least 2 personnel to the meeting.   No cost estimate needed.  Travel under the food contract will not be authorized.  You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
  • Other invited State programs should contact Krystal Reed (kreed@afdo.org) regarding any travel or funding questions.
  • All State and FDA attendees must complete the online Meeting Registration at http://www.mfrpa.org/registration.html.
  • FDA attendees should complete the online course registration form. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.  Do not make your hotel reservations through CGE.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle to Hotel 
The Davenport Grand Hotel offers transportation service to and from Spokane International Airport at $25 per person, each way. Simply let the hotel know your arrival time, and they will be there to meet you. Passengers on Alaska and Horizon flights are met right outside the doors at baggage claim. Passengers on all other flights are met at the ground transportation area, adjacent to the car rental counters. Price is subject to change and reservations are required. Call 509.789.7385.

Rental Car Agencies

Ride Sharing:
Request a ride via your smartphone with Uber or Lyft.
